  • We start with a free consultation to understand your business, goals, target audience, and desired budget. Then our team sets up your Google Ads account (or optimizes your existing one) and builds a campaign strategy tailored to your objectives.

  • You’ll need to provide access to your Google Ads account (or we’ll create a new one under your ownership), access to your website or landing page, and information about your business and target audience. Based on this, we handle keyword research, analytics setup, and campaign creation.

  • Not necessarily. If you don’t have a website, we can launch lead form campaigns — where users submit their contact info directly through Google Ads. If needed, we can also create a simple landing page for you to capture leads.

  • Yes. If you don’t have an account, we’ll create one, with you as the owner. If you already have an account, you grant us manager access. We also set up Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking (calls, forms, purchases) and connect everything to your campaigns.

  • Usually 3–5 business days once we have access and finalize strategy. In that time, we prepare campaigns, write ad copy, set targeting, and complete QA before launch.

  • Yes. You’ll receive previews of ad copies, keyword themes, and targeting setups. We only go live once you approve.

  • We do. Our team writes ad copy, sets up ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, etc.), and can create banners or video ads if needed. If you have branded assets, we’ll use them. Everything is approved by you before launch.

  • We manage everything daily: monitoring performance, adjusting bids, updating negative keywords, A/B testing ad copy, and continuously optimizing campaigns.

  • Yes. We use remarketing to re-engage visitors and reduce cost per lead. We also set up Performance Max campaigns to cover Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, and Maps when it benefits your business.

  • It depends on your goals. We may start with manual bidding and later switch to automated strategies like Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, or Target ROAS as data builds.

  • Yes. We track device performance, create mobile-preferred ads, and adjust bids to maximize mobile conversions.

  • Clicks and traffic usually start within the first week. Leads often come in right away, but the most stable cost-per-lead develops over a few months of optimization. We aim for long-term ROI improvements.

  • Yes. You retain full admin ownership of the account. We only connect via manager access.

  • We set up GA4 and conversion tracking (calls, forms, purchases). Reports are delivered monthly, including:

    • Clicks, impressions, CTR, conversions

    • CPC (cost per click) and CPL (cost per lead)

    • Audience and location insights

    • Summary of optimizations and next steps

  • We use email, Zoom/Google Meet, and shared docs. You’ll receive updates and reports regularly, and we’re available for calls when needed.

  • Budgets are flexible. For local businesses, we recommend starting from $1,000/month in ad spend. This can be scaled based on goals and ROI.

  • No. The ad spend (click costs) is paid directly to Google. Our service fee is billed separately.

  • Yes. The initial prepayment covers:

    • Account audit or setup

    • Analytics and conversion tracking

    • Campaign creation and launch

    • First month of management

  • No long-term contract. You can pause or cancel anytime. Payments for completed setup or the current month are non-refundable, but there are no penalties. We recommend running campaigns at least 2–3 months to gather enough data for optimization.
